How can I return items?

We are sure that our lashes will step up your lash game, however we understand if you are having second thoughts. 

If this is the case, simply contact us here and we will send you a Return Merchandise Request (RMR) form for your return.  

When do items need to be returned by? 

Requests for returns/exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase. Once approved, you will have 7 days to return the items to us. 

Whats items can be returned?

Although we try our best to accept all returns, there are some hygiene restrictions that apply. If the item is no longer in their original condition (i.e. where packaging has been opened and lashes have been used and/or taken out of its packaging), can NOT accept your Return Merchandise Request. 

How do I return the items?

After your RMR has been approved, we will send you details on where and how to send the items back. We normally require the original invoice to be included in the return. 

Please note: original shipping rates are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are at the customers expense. We recommend that you provide us with a tracking number for your return so that we can anticipate the return. 

How am I credited for the returned item? 

If your RMR is approved, you are entitled to an exchange or refund. 

When will I receive my exchange or refund? 

Our team will process your return as it's received and issue you the appropriate exchange or refund as soon as possible. If you do not hear from us regarding your return within 2-3 business days, please contact us here.
