EXPRESS SHIPPING with tracking number (3-5 business days) $10.99

 STANDARD SHIPPING (6-12 business days) for orders $120+
  • For all international orders below $120, we offer a $25.00 flat rate. 
  • For all international orders $120 and over, we offer free shipping
  • Please contact us if you require express shipping (4 business days). 
  • Disclaimer: In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties/taxes, the buyer is required to pay the following duties/taxes on the order. 
  • Disclaimer: In certain circumstances, we may not be able to ship to your location. In the event that this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with the full refund. 

How long does shipping take? 

We process orders from Monday to Friday. All orders received will be shipped within 1-2 business days. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout (see above). 

Please note: This processing time does not apply during peak seasons (i.e holidays, sales, promotions). Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order and be aware of any delays due to the postal service that may delay delivery times.

How do I track my order? 

Once your payment has been cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking is not available on all shipping methods, it depends on the shipping method you chose during checkout. If tracking is available, the tracking number, along with a link will be included in the second confirmation e-mail. 

What happens if I put in the wrong address? 

It is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to ensure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to ship it back to you with the correct address.
